How to generate Absence Quotas? 

Use T/Code SE38, and give report RPTQTA00, then execute it to run Absence quota.

Group PSA for Attn/ Abs
Define Absence Type
Determine Entry Screens and Time Constraint
Define Counting Class for PWS
Rules for Absence Counting (NEW)
ESG groupings for Time Quotas
PSA groupings for Time Quotas
Define Counting Class
Counting Rule
Deduction Rule (Create and Assign in Counting Class after creating the Absence Types)
Assign Counting Rules to Absence Types
SPRO--> Time Management--> Time Data Recording and Administration-->Managing Time Accounts using Attn/Abs Quotas--> Time Quota types
