Data cleansing Means?
A data warehouse integrates data from its identified sources. Often those sources don't match in terms of descriptive attributes and in many cases even in terms of unique identifiers. Data cleansing is required to evaluate at all the data coming from different sources and convert them to a single format before they are passed to a data warehouse.
